Moving from the year of the snake into the year of the horse brings a very different type of energy… Are you ready?
In the Chinese zodiac, each year carries the energy of an animal, along with its own lessons, strengths, and pace. As we come to the end of the Year of the Snake, we arrive at a powerful moment of reflection.
This past year has asked us to shed old identities, outdated beliefs, familiar habits, and versions of ourselves that no longer fit. Before moving forward, it’s essential to pause and acknowledge what we are leaving behind and create space for what’s next.
On February 17th, we enter the Year of the Horse. Its energy is fast, forward-moving, and unapologetically alive. Unlike the Snake, the Horse doesn’t pause to overanalyze or hesitate. It runs. It commits. It keeps going.
Because of this shift, how we start the year matters. There will be less time for second-guessing, circling, or waiting for clarity to arrive on its own. The more grounded and intentional we are now, the more supported we’ll feel as momentum builds.
This circle is a space to gather, pause, release, and be supported by other women so you can gain a clear perspective and choose the direction you want to move in for 2026. Before everything speeds up!

This breathwork journey offers a deep, sensory space to meet these inherited layers with curiosity, compassion, and release.
Through guided meditation and journaling, we’ll gently explore the threads woven into our bodies and the patterns left by our ancestors.
Moving into a somatic breathwork practice, we’ll invite healing energy to flow through the lineage — aligning with the well and resourced ancestors who support our growth and resilience.
This experience offers a space to honor your roots, soften what has been carried across generations, and breathe new life into your cells — for yourself, those who came before, and those yet to come.

This somatic breathwork journey is about creating space to meet those parts of yourself that feel out of reach, hidden, or hard to face. Whether it's tension you've carried for years, emotions you've pushed down, or stories you've inherited — your body remembers. Through guided active somatic breathwork journey, you’ll learn how to:
