Leaning Into Change

Join me for a transformative two-part workshop designed to help you understand and improve your relationship with change.

In Part One (3.5 hrs, in person), we’ll explore the stages of change and dive into the emotional and energetic blocks that keep us stuck. Through a blend of subconscious/inner child work, sound, and meditation, you'll uncover the fears or resistance around the change you’re craving — or avoiding. We’ll close the session with a powerful breathwork journey, followed by the creation of a personalized, intuitive action plan that emerges organically from the inner work.

In Part Two (2.5 hrs, online), we’ll reconnect in a supportive space to reflect on your progress, share insights, and navigate any challenges. We’ll revisit inner work tools, then move into a closing breathwork session to deepen integration. We'll wrap up with a group reflection and grounding strategies for moving forward with clarity and resilience.
