Treating the whole person, not just the symptoms
Acupuncture is a whole-body approach to health. Rather than looking at a symptom in isolation, I look at the wider picture to understand what may be contributing to how you are feeling and where the body may have moved out of balance.
In Chinese medicine, the body is understood as an interconnected system. Our natural flow can be disrupted by many things, including lifestyle, our environment, injury, prolonged stress and unresolved experiences or trauma. Over time, these disruptions can show up in the body as pain, tension, fatigue, poor sleep, digestive issues, hormonal changes or emotional distress.
Acupuncture uses carefully selected points on the body to address these patterns, restore healthy flow and support the body back towards greater balance and harmony.
