Join Perrine de Montard (acupuncturist, herbalist, reiki & spinal energetics) and Sam Taylor (acupuncturist, reiki, breathwork facilitator & coach) for a special collaborative experience.

Together, Perrine & Sam will take you on a self discovery journey through three practices:

Acupuncture begins by connecting you to your body and the present moment, activating your natural Qi.

Somatic breathwork journey then guides you deeper, into the subconscious, to release old patterns and stories held in the body.

Spinal energetics continues the process, realigning you from the core and beginning the work of integration.
